Moto Guzzi

On the shore of Lake Como, in Mandello de Lario in Northern Italy, the headquarters and Factory of the legendary motorcycle brand Moto Guzzi is being rethought with a series of new buildings and renovation to the hundred-year-old factory. While respecting the legacy of the past, new buildings house functions for both state-of-the-art manufacturing and for contemporary visitor experience of the past, present, and future of the brand. The project includes the conversion of a series of century old factory buildings and new buildings related to customer and visitor experience, including: a museum; a Motoplex® showroom; a Customer Center; a Factory Tour experience; and a Café. New buildings dedicated to building the motorcycles of tomorrow include a new: Engine Plant, Expanded Logistics Center, and a new Canteen with Offices and an Auditorium. There are two new plazas and a renovation of the test track. The project started in 2015 with a masterplan & programming and is currently under construction.
